Myofunctional Therapy Hawke’s Bay

With correct muscle function, myofunctional therapy can relieve pain, and improve your breathing, sleep quality, and overall wellbeing.

Myofunctional Therapy is the neuromuscular re-education of the muscles of the mouth, face and throat. Through a series of exercises it retrains the muscles to function correctly, to create ideal tongue posture, lip seal, nasal breathing and correct swallowing.
